Qiet’s “Pet Driftwood (Composition #8)” is an incredibly odd album. It has the soaring harmonies of Arcade Fire, but also has some very upright and hard vocals like The National. and then there are the quiet, instrumental moments that for me really stand out.

Very cool, very different.
