Aggretsuko pertains to Netflix April 20

Out April 20 is a new animated show on Netflix. Aggretsuko consists of ten 15-minute episodes about Retsuko,

a 25-year-old red panda who is an office associate in the accounting department of a trading company in Tokyo. All she wants is to do her job and get through the day, but when frustrations reach a boiling point, she vents through death metal karaoke.

She’s cute, because she was originally created by Sanrio, owners of hey there Kitty, but I could relate to her just wanting her job to go well. Her fellow animal workers are adorable, and her boss is a literal sexist pig, to add to her rage.

The show is written and directed by the Japanese designer Rarecho and airs with subtitles. Here’s the trailer. check it out!
